Steven Biegler, CPA Steven Biegler is the owner and founding Partner of Biegler & Associates, P.C., a Certified Public Accounting Firm providing full service accounting, tax and business consulting services to small and mid-sized corporations. Although most clients are located in Richmond and the surrounding area, the services of the firm extend to clients in other states, and countries. Steve Biegler began his accounting career with a regional public accounting firm in Richmond. During his thirty years in the business, he has also become an experienced professional with regard to negotiating business acquisitions, and has been instrumental in formulating investment ownership structures and strategic planning. Steve is personally involved in numerous local business ventures, many of which relate directly to real estate or hold real estate properties.
