Julia W. Rogers, CPA, CVA Julia has served as Tax Partner at Biegler & Associates, P.C. since joining the firm in 1999.  She has extensive experience in the areas of tax and estate planning, compliance, business valuation, and small business accounting. She particularly enjoys the personal aspect of working with individuals and small businesses and the opportunity to work with a diverse client base. Julia graduated from Virginia Tech with degrees in Horticulture and Agricultural Education. Her employment, however, led her into accounting and she obtained a Master of Accountancy degree from VCU.  She is also a Certified Valuation Analyst as designated by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and has performed valuation engagements for gift and estate tax purposes, buy-sell agreements, internal business planning and offers of purchase for various small businesses in the Commonwealth of Virginia.   Prior to joining Biegler and Associates, Julia was a partner at another Richmond accounting firm. She also had the opportunity to work with public accounting firms in Middleburg and Irvington, Virginia.
