Bella Gurevich, Administrative Assistant Bella has been a valuable part of the Biegler & Associates, P.C. administrative team since she moved to Richmond from New York in 1995. Clients and co-workers count on her reliable support. She specializes in accounts payable and receivable, database management and income tax services. Bella holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and worked as a Cost Estimate Officer for a construction company in Latvia.
