Rebecca M. Simmons, Office Manager Rebecca is a new member of the Biegler family. She provides internal administrative support and manages to the day-to-day office needs.  She brings with her significant experience with billing and collections, litigation support, administration, and training.  Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
