Job Description
Biegler & Associates is a growing, local CPA firm in Richmond, VA who has an opening on their administrative team for an experienced professional who would provide support to staff by performing receptionist duties while presenting a professional image of the firm to callers and visitors. 
 
There is low overtime required except during busy season (Jan-Apr) when there is mandatory overtime including Saturday hours.  This is a highly visible position at a professional services firm. Only serious candidates should apply.

Responsibilities 
Maintain responsibility for general support functions of the firm to ensure efficient utilization of time in a deadline oriented environment
·         Communicate with internal and external clients professionally and courteously
·         Work in a positive and cooperative manner with other team members
·         Demonstrate flexibility to perform duties wherever volume deems it necessary
·         Demonstrate sound judgment
·         Comply with the policies and procedures of the firm
·         Take calls and send letters as needed in support of the professional staff
·         Maintain client files including scanning and filing
·         Prepare reports, presentations, memoranda, and research
·         Assemble client tax returns
·         Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars as requested
·         Assist in the orientation and training of new team members
 
Qualifications
·         High school diploma at a minimum; associates or Associates degree or some college coursework preferred but not required.
·         Minimum of two years of directly related professional experience
·         Ability to work overtime as required during busy season
·         Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills
·         Ability to multi-task a number of items accurately and efficiently
·         Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet
·         Outstanding organizational skills
