Welcome to our very first blog post! Our clients have consistently told us that one of the biggest things they look for in our relationship is guidance. But of course our guidance begins with dialogue.

Today, technology affords us a tremendous array of ways for us to have a meaningful conversation. Now with this blog, it’s like coming in for a visit and inviting all the rest of our clients to join us!

So this blog is not about us – it’s about you! It’s about the Biegler Community! We need your thoughts and questions and insights to help keep this community vibrant.

Thank you for our best tax season ever! How do we define “best”? Let us count the ways:

• Tax return turnaround averaged less than seven days

• We didn’t generate a single piece of paper for long-term storage

 • Our average fee increased a modest 2% for our clients, roughly cost of living

• Reinforcing our commitment to technology, we instituted a new internal management system this year; we went through the entire tax season with 99% up time

• We generated more returns this year, but our staff actually worked 3% less hours (Average of 63 hours/wk).

Now that’s success! Looking forward, we plan to streamline our processes even further in efforts to provide you greater, more efficient service.

But hey, we don’t have all the answers – we’re here for you. So we’d be honored if you could provide your input. Please send us your suggestions as to how we could better meet your needs.

As mentioned above, this is our maiden voyage in our brand new blog. I will be posting thoughts here from time to time. But also look for some of my staff to share their insights and knowledge as well. But blogging is all about dialogue, so please participate with us.
