Cathy brings twenty years of accounting experience in the areas of tax planning, business advisory services and tax compliance to her role as a Senior Manager with Biegler & Associates. She possesses an extensive body of accounting knowledge, gained from working with a variety of different businesses and business structures. She has a strong combination of public accounting and private sector experience, with extensive executive training in public accounting applications as well as expertise in manufacturing, technology, physician practices, construction and resort industries. She is also experienced in individual tax planning and compliance.

Cathy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University. She holds a Masters of Taxation degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a licensed CPA. She received designation as a Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

She sits on the Advisory Board of Needle’s Eye Ministries.
